SkillsDMC has helds its National Conference every August since the inaugural conference in 2005.
During that time it has come to be regarded as the premier conference for the Resources and Infrastructure sectors. The Chairman's Awards, which are announced as part of the gala dinner, are now viewed by industry as an award of great prestige and honour.

The upcoming conference will be held on Wednesday, 26 August 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney NSW.
The theme of the conference is Future Focused Partnerships, which reflects the need for enterprises, industry associations and government to form partnerships and develop a clear blue print to focus our industry and to ensure it has a solid future. The changing economic times means this conference comes at a crucial time for our industry.
