Get the most out of training
Resources developed with funding through DEST’s Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) programme help users to make the most of vocational education and training. By supporting the development of contextualised language, literacy and numeracy skills, WELL resources equip learners to succeed in their vocational training and skills development.
WELL resources come in many forms, including professional development materials, advice for trainers and assessors, learner guides, workbooks, interactive CDs and online tools, and are available for a wide range of industries and occupations.
In a competative business environment you need to be sure that your business is reaching it's full potential. While there is no magic fix for unlocking business potential, did you know that building the language, literacy, and numeracy skills of employees can have a significant impact on business operations?
