We are an RTO servicing clients in WA/SA and Qld - and we are having great difficulty mapping RIIENV302A Apply environmentally sustainable work practices to each sites current expectations of their operators. We have been asked to "Dumb it down" which, of course, is not appropriate however, I agree that the level this unit is pitched at is much higher than a cetificate III operator working in a process plant.
