Environmental Scans
SkillsDMC produces an Environmental Scan every year for the Department of Industry, Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education. The Scan reflects on the substantial changes to the world economic climate and the subsequent impact on the skills pool. These changes have not diminished the need for implementing a nationally recognised workforce development system. It is crucially important that our industry use this time to solidify, re-skill and up-skill the existing skills pool to ensure a viable future.
