Continuous Improvement
During the life of an Industry Training Package there may be occasions when changes need to be made to reflect feedback from users or to include the latest industry practices. There are two categories of changes.
- Category 1 changes have little impact on the Industry Training Package outcomes
- Category 2 changes have considerable impact on the Industry Training Package and training delivery so require a full evaluation, with changes having to be submitted for endorsement and subsequent consideration by Ministers
The process of continuous improvement is as follows:
